Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Scope
These terms govern the sale of vehicles, automotive parts, body kits and related services through this platform.
Contract formation
A listing is an invitation to treat. A contract forms when we confirm your order in writing, or when a quotation is accepted in writing and payment for it is verified. Where a vehicle sale requires a purchase agreement, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Prices and currency
Prices are stated in EUR. Converted prices shown elsewhere are indicative and do not form part of the contract. Payments settle in EUR unless a quotation states otherwise in writing.
Reservation and deposits
Reservation and deposit amounts, whether they are credited against the price, and the cancellation position are stated on the invoice issued to your account before payment.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms, import duties and taxes are set out in the shipping policy and in the quotation or invoice for the specific order.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and for the accuracy of records we hold. We are not responsible for duties, delays or assessments made by customs authorities, or for use of a part contrary to its stated fitment.
