Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, contact details, country, preferences), order and payment information, finance enquiry information and documents you upload, enquiries and support messages, saved searches and favourites, and technical logs needed to run the service.
Why we hold it
To perform the contract with you: order handling, invoicing, payment verification, shipping and after-sales support. To meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax records. With your consent, to send offers and stock alerts — consent can be withdrawn at any time in your account.
Who sees it
Staff see customer data only where their role requires it. Payment details are processed by the connected provider; we never store card numbers. Logistics partners receive the delivery information needed for the shipment.
Retention and your rights
Records are kept for the period required for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, subject to those obligations.
