Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be exported, and in the applicable circumstances ask for it to be deleted or for processing to be restricted.
How to ask
Open a support ticket from your account. We will confirm what we hold and what action we can take, and we will tell you where a legal obligation prevents deletion — for example accounting records.
Marketing
Marketing consent is opt-in and can be withdrawn in your account at any time. Withdrawal does not affect transactional messages about orders you place.
Verification
To protect your data we verify the request against the account it concerns before disclosing anything.
