Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Fitment
We state compatibility only where our recorded data supports it. Where a listing says fitment requires confirmation, you are responsible for confirming before ordering — or for using the fitment enquiry, which we answer against the data we hold.
Condition
Parts are supplied new unless the listing states refurbished or used. OEM references are recorded where known and are not invented.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated on the product page and on the invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing defect, not wear, incorrect fitting, or use outside the manufacturer's specification.
Returns
Unopened, unfitted items may be returned within 14 days. Electrical components that have been installed or coded, and fluids that have been opened, cannot be returned.
