Awaiting qualified legal review
This legal document is stored as an editable draft and has not been signed off by qualified legal counsel. It must be reviewed for your contracting entities and customer jurisdictions before you rely on it in production.
Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Methods
Container, roll-on/roll-off, air freight and road transport are available for vehicles; parts and body kits ship by courier. The method you select is recorded on the order.
Times
Transit estimates are indicative and depend on sailing schedules, customs processing and destination handling. Where a formal shipping quotation is issued, the stated time applies to that quotation.
Duties and taxes
Unless a delivered arrangement is agreed in writing, the importer is responsible for customs duty, import tax and any port charges. Our estimator shows indicative percentages with their source; the importing authority determines the final amount.
Delivery
Delivery is recorded against your shipment with the milestones our logistics team logs. A delivery note accompanies the consignment, and any damage must be noted at the point of delivery.
