Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Permitted use
Browsing the catalogue, placing genuine orders and enquiries, managing your account and communicating with our teams.
Not permitted
Submitting false information, using another person's details, attempting to place automated bids or orders, scraping the catalogue, probing or attempting to bypass access controls, uploading unlawful or malicious files, or publishing content that breaches the rights of others.
Consequences
Where we detect misuse we may suspend the account, cancel affected orders, refuse bids and, where necessary, report the matter. Suspected security events are recorded in the audit log.
