Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Cancelling before dispatch
An order that has not yet been paid or dispatched can be cancelled from your account, or by opening a support ticket.
Parts and body kits
Unopened and unfitted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been painted, drilled, fitted or damaged in fitting cannot be returned. Return shipping is arranged and quoted before collection.
Vehicles
A vehicle reservation or deposit follows the terms on the invoice issued to your account, including the cancellation position and any forfeit. Once a purchase agreement is signed, its terms apply.
Faulty goods
Where an item is faulty or does not match the recorded description, we cover the cost of collection and either replace or refund it. Report it through your account so the return is logged against the order.
