Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Company records
Registration records for each entity are published separately in the company verification centre, with the verification state of each record shown. Company-provided information is not presented as independently verified.
Notices
A notice relating to an order or contract may be served through the support ticket system on the account concerned, which records the date and content. Formal legal notices should follow the address shown on your invoice for the contracting entity.
Trademarks
The MOTORS EU name, logo and brand assets are used with the authorisation of their owner. Third-party manufacturer and brand names are used solely to describe compatibility and are the property of their respective owners.
