Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Parts and body kits
Warranty periods are stated on each product page and confirmed on the invoice. Cover is against manufacturing defect, including material failure and delamination where applicable.
Not covered
Wear items, damage from incorrect fitting, use outside the manufacturer's specification, accident damage, or consequential loss.
Vehicles
Used vehicles are sold with any remaining manufacturer warranty transferred where possible, and otherwise with the warranty stated in the purchase agreement. Warranty is never implied beyond what is written.
Claims
Submit a claim through your account with the order number and photographs. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund as agreed in writing.
