Contracting entity: the seller named on your invoice. Where an order is placed with a different MOTORS EU entity, that entity is named on the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Specification
A purchase agreement incorporates the recorded specification, mileage and equipment held against the vehicle at the date of agreement. Where a detail has not been recorded, the agreement states that it is not recorded rather than warranting it.
Price and payment
Payment terms, the deposit position and the balance due date are stated in the agreement and reflected in the invoices issued to your account.
Condition
The agreed condition is that of a used vehicle as described, with the recorded service history and any disclosed faults. Inspection findings are attached where an inspection has been carried out.
Collection or shipping
Collection, documentation and shipping arrangements are recorded, along with who is responsible for duties and taxes.
Transfer
Ownership transfers on receipt of cleared funds and signature by both parties.
